The Boy Scouts exist to develop character, citizenship and physical & mental fitness in boys ages 12 – 16. Activities and trips include camping, skiing and white-water rafting and are scheduled from September through July. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate in their sons’ growth and fun.
The Girl Scouts exist to provide girls 6 – 16 the opportunity to grow and share experiences, both in school and in the community. Activities include social events and community activities to benefit the needy. Parents are provided with appropriate training and a support group in leading and organizing events.
